Why are there delays?
During the holiday season, shipping carriers experience an unprecedented surge in package deliveries. This surge can lead to delays at various stages of the shipping process, from order processing to final delivery. We want to ensure that you have all the information you need to plan accordingly.
What to Expect:
Holiday shipping delays can be 2-3 weeks longer than our standard shipping times. While we always work diligently to fulfill orders promptly, the increased volume of packages in transit may cause unavoidable delays.
Important Dates:
To receive your order in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order by Dec 15 as the cutoff for guaranteed delivery. Ordering early helps ensure that your items arrive when you need them most. Please note we cannot guarantee holiday shipping on PRE-ORDER items, only on items we currently have in stock.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.
Please be careful when placing your order. The Beauty Bybel will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
If your package stops moving at any point, don't panic! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs if your order is international. Occasionally, there may also be delays due to weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.
The Beauty Bybel is unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note that The Beauty Bybel reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. To start this process please visit our contact us. Any packages returned to our shipping facility will not be accounted for and immediately discarded for the health and safety of our employees.
Please be advised that refused or unclaimed domestic and international orders will not be refunded. For the safety of our shipping facility all returned items will not be accounted for and immediately discarded.
