Fulfillment time includes order processing, picking, packing, and preparing your package for shipment. Expedited shipping only expedites the shipping portion of the process.
Order Processing: The time it takes to process your order remains the same. (4-6 business days not including holidays, launches, or promos.) The fulfillment center still needs to pick and pack your items.
Fulfillment Time: The fulfillment time, which is the time it takes to get your package ready for shipment, is not reduced by choosing expedited shipping.
Shipping Time: What is accelerated is the shipping time. Your package will be prioritized for faster delivery by the chosen shipping carrier. Once the package leaves the fulfillment center, it will reach you more quickly compared to standard shipping options.In summary, expedited shipping is an option for customers who want their packages to arrive more quickly once they've been shipped but does not affect the time it takes to process and prepare the package for shipment. It's essential to consider both the fulfillment time and shipping time when planning for timely deliveries.
Estimated Delivery Date: Please note the estimated delivery date is simply an estimate and does not take our processing times into consideration. During holidays, new product launches, or promos, your estimated delivery time can be delayed up to two weeks depending your location.

However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed. If your package stops moving at any point, don't panic! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs if your order is international. Occasionally, there may also be delays due to weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.
The Beauty Bybel is unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note that The Beauty Bybel reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. To start this process please visit our contact us. Any packages returned to our shipping facility will not be accounted for and immediately discarded for the health and safety of our employees.
